The navigation menu now also supports sending the lat/lon to Motion-X GPS or Motion-X GPS HD
Changes:
Since the release of Google Maps V2 it is no longer possible to send the lat/lon and waypoint name to Google Maps. They simply changed the URL scheme for that to: "search for <waypointname> around that location"! Net result was that all transfers of waypoints to Google Maps resulted in a "No Results" error message in Google Maps. As a workaround we now send a command to make a route to the lat/lon but please note that Google Maps does only give the location of an address NEAR that location. So only usefull in a town, less usefull in the woods!

To make sure changes are saved, go back to the cache list showing all available caches and reselect the cache. Now data will be saved.

Easy Edit mode
A new "Connectivity" menu entry shows the 'easy edit mode' and email backup possibility
The easy edit mode starts a web server on port 8080 of your ipod/iphone touch. Browsing to the address shown presents a web based user interface for changing all information for this geocache (name, code, formula's, descriptions etc.) This way you have the convenience of a regular keyboard and larger screen including easy copy/paste from a geocaching website using your PC or Mac. The computer and the iPod/iPhone must be connected to the same WiFi network.
Description cache and instructions per waypoint
The display of Instructions for a waypoint are now accessible using a button instead of switching the arrived at status to Yes. The Instruction view also makes it possible to show the clues view and to go to the next waypoint in one button click.

In the overall table of caches the found and locked status is now displayed using small icons.
Small User Interface improvements
The custom formula keyboard now produces audible key clicks
Background of Parking view is dark blue now.
Background of the Geocaching view is green now.
Release Notes GeoCaching Buddy 2.0
Integration with iGeocacher
An URL scheme is added to add cache info from external apps. The
paperless iGeocacher app will be the first app using this Interface for this
purpose.
This makes it unnecessary to manually enter type of cache, code, full name
and parking location, iGeocacher will transfer all that info to GCBuddy in
one click!
Backup of cache info
Backup a geocache with all entered information (clues, formula's, notes,
etc.) by sending an e-mail containing all information in human readable
format and a link containing all information in machine readable format
(using the same custom URL scheme as used by iGeocacher).
Clicking the link in the above mail when reading it on your iPhone will
launch GCBuddy and completely restore that backup!!
Navigate View build in
Pressing Navigate to a waypoint, cache or parking now shows a Navigate
View with the current distance and compass heading (textual) to the
destination. Since the course info from the GPS is relatively uncertain and
I want to support iPod users as well, direction to the destination is given
as compass bearing.
From the Navigate View a selection can be made to launch one of the
supported external compass apps (iGeocacher and GeopherLite) or to show the
destination on the Maps App.
Other added functionality
Waypoints can now contain a textual description / notes which is shown
and editable once you've indicated that you've arrived at that waypoint. It
can be used to enter what you have to do at a certain waypoint.
The calculator can now also raise to the power (using the ^ character)
Cache details (on the web) automatically switches between geocaching.com
and opencaching.de depending on the first two characters in the geocache
code: GC or OC.
Date of last activity (arriving at a waypoint or cache location) is now
logged for each geocache and shown in the list of geocaches
GCBuddy now has icons for multi-caches, traditional, puzzle or earth
caches. You must decide the type of cache when adding a new one.
Jump to cache description (external app or web site) from Clue View and
Waypoint view
A shortcut to the Clues list is added to the Waypoint View since you
typically have to enter one or more clues while at a waypoint
